Edit an itinerary
Change a single day or regenerate the whole plan, without losing the bookings already attached to the trip.
Where to find it: Planner → My Trips → open a trip
Steps
- Open the trip from the Planner — My Trips lists everything you have planned.
- Expand the day you want to change — Each day is a collapsible card with its stops, times and locations.
- Edit that day — Use the day’s edit control to change its stops, or describe the change you want and let the assistant rewrite it.
- Or edit the entire itinerary — The trip page also offers a full rewrite when the shape of the trip has changed — different dates, an extra city, a different pace.
- Review the result — Check the days either side, since timings can shift.
Good to know
- Editing an itinerary does not cancel bookings you have already made. Check Manage bookings afterwards if dates moved.
Frequently asked questions
Will editing my itinerary cancel my hotel or flight?
No. Bookings are held separately from the plan. If you change dates, open Manage bookings to check what no longer lines up.
Can I rearrange days?
Yes — edit the days involved, or ask for a full rewrite if the trip structure has changed.
