Manage the bookings on a trip
One view of what is booked and what is still open for a trip: flights, each night’s stay, and how the cost is tracking.
Where to find it: Planner → open a trip → Manage bookings
Steps
- Open the trip and choose Manage bookings — From the trip’s own page.
- Check the progress summary — Shows how much of the trip is booked and what is still outstanding.
- Review flight status — Each flight on the trip and where its booking has got to.
- Review each night’s stay — Nights without a stay are visible, so gaps do not go unnoticed.
- Check the cost forecast — How the trip’s cost is tracking as bookings are made.
- Book what is still missing — Open a gap and search stays or flights for it.

- If you move trip dates, come back here — bookings do not move with the itinerary.
