Find and book a flight in chat mode
Ask for the flight you want in plain language and the Flights agent searches live fares and shows the options.
Where to find it: Home → Flights → Chat mode
Steps
- Open Flights and turn on Chat mode — The toggle sits beside the search card.
- Describe the flight — "Melbourne to Tokyo late March, two adults, prefer a morning departure, one stop is fine".
- Answer anything missing — Usually exact dates or cabin.
- Compare the options — Cards show fare, timings and stops.
- Continue to booking — Pick one and complete it in the usual flow.
Good to know
- Replies from the Flights agent carry its badge.
- Within a planned trip, the agent can also replace a flight and rebuild the days around the new timings.
