Which AI agent is answering you
BackIn5 does not use one general assistant. Several specialised agents handle different parts of a trip, and the reply is badged with whichever one answered.
Where to find it: Any assistant conversation
Steps
- Trip check — Reads your request first and works out what is missing before any planning starts.
- Itinerary — Builds and rewrites the day-by-day plan.
- Flights — Searches routes and fares, and handles flight changes within a trip.
- Hotels — Finds stays that fit the plan’s dates and locations.
- Cost — Estimates what the trip and its individual days will cost.
- Trip info — Questions about the destination itself: the forecast for your dates, places to eat or visit nearby, what somewhere looks like, how long it takes to get between two stops, what something costs in your own currency, and anything it needs to look up.
- Help — Questions about using BackIn5 itself.
Good to know
- You never pick an agent. Your question is routed automatically, and the coloured badge above a reply tells you which one produced it.
- A single conversation can involve several agents — asking for a plan and then its cost moves between them without you starting again.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to choose which agent to talk to?
No. Ask in plain language and your question is routed to the right agent. The badge on the reply tells you which one answered.
Why does the badge change mid-conversation?
Because the question changed. Asking for an itinerary and then what it costs moves from the Itinerary agent to the Cost agent.
