Frequently asked questions

Can we start with a pilot?

Yes, while spots last. We run a limited number of pilots each month so every agency gets proper support. Once this month’s spots are taken, no more pilots can be offered until next month, but you can still book a call and we’ll reserve you a place in the next round.

How much does setup cost?

Every agency is different, so setup is quoted after a conversation. It covers connecting to your GDS and ticketing (or setting you up on ours), your brand, packages and training. Monthly fees then follow our plans.

We don’t have a GDS. Can we still use it?

Yes. We set you up on the flight, hotel and ticketing structure we already run in the platform, so you can quote and book without building anything.

Which plan is right for my agency?

Start with the Pilot if you haven’t used AI planning before. Online planner suits agencies that want more leads from their website. Planner + Portal suits agencies that want consultants to edit, quote and take deposits in one place. Enterprise is for groups, franchises and multi-brand agencies.

We can’t afford our own AI team. Is this for us?

That’s exactly who it’s for. We build the AI once for every agency, keep the models up to date, and you pay a monthly fee instead of hiring developers.

Do the AI models stay up to date?

Yes. We update models and features as the market moves, at no extra cost, so your customers aren’t left behind.

Can we get the in-store kiosk?

Kiosks are available in selected locations where we can install and support them. Send us a request and we’ll tell you whether we cover your area.

How are AI itineraries counted?

One itinerary is used when a customer picks a trip style and sees the full plan. Edits, remixes and consultant changes are free. Unused itineraries reset on the 1st.

Monthly or annual billing?

Monthly is month-to-month. Annual is paid up front with a discount and a 12-month term.

Can I upgrade, downgrade or cancel?

Upgrades apply straight away. Downgrades and cancellations apply at the end of your billing period.

Do customers see the BackIn5 name?

No. The planner, emails, quotes and trip page all carry your brand.

Where is customer data kept?

On secure cloud infrastructure with encryption and daily backups. Customers agree before their details are saved, and you choose how long details are kept.
