End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and Back in 5, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) concerning your use of the Back in 5 application, website, and related services (“Platform”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use and in accordance with this Agreement.
2. User Conduct and Content
Back in 5 enables users to share travel-related content including images, itineraries, comments, and other materials (“User Content”). You agree that you are solely responsible for any User Content you post, and you affirm that it does not violate any law, infringe on any third-party rights, or breach this Agreement.
3. Prohibited Content and Behavior
Back in 5 is committed to maintaining a safe, welcoming community. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior.
You agree not to post or engage in:
Content that is violent, threatening, hateful, or harassing
Nudity or sexually explicit material
Discriminatory remarks or symbols
Content promoting illegal activities
Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading content
Spam, phishing, or other forms of commercial solicitation
Impersonation of other individuals or entities
Back in 5 reserves the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines without prior notice and may suspend or permanently disable offending accounts.
4. Reporting, Moderation, and Blocking
To promote a positive user experience:
Users can report content or other users they find inappropriate, harmful, or abusive.
Users can block other accounts to restrict further interactions.
All flagged content will be reviewed within 24 hours of report submission.
We may remove content, issue warnings, or suspend accounts at our sole discretion based on reported activity or violations.
We may also use automated and manual moderation to filter content that violates our policies.
5. Platform Integrity and Enforcement
We take enforcement seriously. Violations of this Agreement or any abuse of platform functionality will result in enforcement actions including but not limited to:
Removal of content
Temporary suspension
Permanent account ban
Back in 5 reserves the right to investigate and prosecute violations to the fullest extent permitted by law.
6. Privacy and Use of Data
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. When you use the camera, photo library, or location features, we only use this information to personalize your trip planning experience and allow you to contribute photos to your itinerary.
7. Changes to this Agreement
We reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
